C-ME SWIM SCHOOL MAKE UP LESSON POLICY.
At C-Me Swim we believe we've created a policy that meets the needs of both our families and our business.
All families who have paid up front in full for the whole term are entitled to 3 make up lessons per term.
It is the responsibility of parents to communicate to the C-Me Swim reception staff that a make up lesson is required.
Make up lessons will be given for all notified absences including public holidays.
Parents MUST notify the swim school (by phone or email) of their absence by no later than 8am the day of the scheduled lesson. No message = No make up lesson.
If you "don't show" or can't make your scheduled make up lesson, the lesson is void and no further make up lesson will be scheduled.
When and where the make up lessons take place is at the discretion of C-Me Swim. All make up lessons must be carried out in the current term of swimming during the allocated "Make Up lessons Weeks" (Usually the last 3 weeks of the term)
No Make up lessons will be carried over into the following term of swimming.
Aqua Bubs and Aqua Tots are exempt from this policy
