Designed for people who have little or no experience in the water and who want to improve their confidence in and around the water.

Designed for people who would like to improve their skills and efficiency in the water prior to entering squad sessions.

Adult SWIM-STRENGTH-FITNESS

Our new program for adults includes land-based strength and fitness session with our personal trainer Shannon with a focus on correct technique and strength and conditioning for injury prevention followed by a swim squad session. The Adult Swimming Squad will help you become more confident in the pool, help you develop the correct stroke technique as well as increase your fitness and health.
