MS Mega Swim
Friday 27th May 2011

C-me Swim team swam over 55km to help raise funds for MS at the Cairns 24hr Mega Swim. Huge thanks to all our families who supported us over the weekend. We look forward to the event again next year.

Please note we have a number of public holidays during this term of swimming. 
C-Me Swim offers make up lessons for all public holidays.  With Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th April public holidays, C-Me Swim will begin swim classes on Wednesday 27th April.

With only 9 weeks of swimming we encourage everyone to book quickly to ensure continued learning for your child.  Sportsworld and Paradise Palms will not be operating next term due to the pools not being heated. Both our C-Me Swim pool and the Edge Hill State School pool are heated.

A Teary Farewell

This week we said a teary farewell to our wonderful Dan. After 8 years of teaching at C-Me Swim Daniel has joined the Australian Army  We are very proud of Dan and will miss you heaps.

Sunbirds Visit C-me Swim Again

Part time photographer and full time Mum, Lisa Ireland photographed these sunbirds building their nest above the busy water at C-Me Swim.

Each year the birds return and the children love watching them. A great way to get the children floating on their backs and relaxing as they watch the birds build their nest.

C-Me Swim...it’s about more than teaching swimming.

The C-Me Swim family would like to take this opportunity to thank all families for their fabulous support during 2009.

We wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas and New Year and we look forward to seeing everyone back in our pool in the New year.

Our last day for this term is Saturday 12th Dec with our Christmas Celebrations at Paradise Palms.  Swimming 2010 begins Monday 11th January at our Edge Hill venue and Wednesday 27th January at Paradise Palms.

For bookings and inquiries our reception will be opened from Wednesday 6th January.

Welcome to Term 2 Swimming

This term we are thrilled to welcome our newest team member, Erica.  Erica comes to C-Me Swim all the way from Canada.  Having owned and operated her own learn to Swim school in Canada we are excited about learning some of the latest learn to swim teaching techniques from Canada.  Erica will be with us for 6months.  Welcome to "Oz" Erica and welcome to C-Me Swim.
